Great hotel
Great location

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Venice. The location of the hotel was perfect and the room itself was spacious and comfortable for our family. Your staff were all so friendly and welcoming. We will be back!

Great stay and super customer service. Front office staff helped with a private boat tour that was excellent!

We had a great wonderful stay and everyone we very friendly and helpful

Stefano was a great help to us to book transportation to the train station and to make recommendations for around the city. Plus, he had a very friendly demeanor.

We found our stay at the Ca' Pisani to be very relaxing and comfortable. The hotel staff, from the desk personnel to the people cleaning the rooms, were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back when next we return to Venice.

It was amazing! Stefano at the front desk was very helpful. The dining room staff was great as well.

Thanks so much from reception to breakfast - lovely people

Our booking was made for a group who had never visited Venice before. All of your staff are a credit to you and made us feel so welcome at all times- from check in, to breakfast and help with our questions, nothing was too much trouble and even during busy times we were always given full attention. Your hotel and Venice exceeded all expectations and I can’t wait to visit again - I will certainly be recommending you to everyone! First class all round!

Amazing staff, especially at breakfast! Breakfast selections also first rate. Incredible job with the decor!

You all made our stay so easy. Everyone was very helpful!

Can’t remember the name of front desk attendant but he sang happy birthday in Italian to our mother 😊. The bar/restaurant staff were very friendly and pleasant.

Dear all,

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend. The food was fantastic and staff friendly and very helpful. Great location and sorry to leave.

With best wishes,
John and Debbie.

We didn’t get everyone’s names, however every member of the staff is incredible. Special thank you’s to Stanislov for his special attention at dinner in La Rivista, and for Filipino, the General Manager, who I can’t say enough wonderful things about. From his recommendations and attentiveness, truly an exceptional person. But let me reiterate.. every member of the Ca Pisani team went above and beyond. Thank you for such a memorable experience. It was because of you ALL, I’ve fallen in love with Venezia. Grazie mille!

Everyone’s dealt with were pleasant and helpful. We appreciated the breakfast bag of goodies since we had to leave prior to getting breakfast.

The restaurant food was fantastic. The breakfast staff even remembered my coffee order on my second morning. I truly do not have enough nice things to say. Everything was great!

Décoration et personnel remarquables

This is our third visit to Venice, and our third stay in Ca' Pisani. We haven’t stayed anywhere else. I love the design aspect and, importantly, I love how comfortable this hotel is and the location. For this trip we had completed a 6 day hike from Ljubljana to Trieste. We had 3 days in Trieste and needed a night in Venice is it was our nearest airport to fly home.
I added an extra night because, well Venice! But also because I knew we needed some downtime and I knew we’d get it at Ca' Pisani. The beds are super comfortable, the black out blinds allowed as decent sleep ins (slept through to nearly 11am both days- exactly what we wanted/needed). Of course we enjoyed Venice, but we also enjoyed our rest! We will return- again.

All staff were so friendly and accomadating. John really went above and beyond for us 3, we really appreciate all the hard work done by the staff!

Thank you very much for an excellent stay. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly to the hotel, and invited to relax and enjoy the amenities. I was invited to use late checkout, and they even allowed me to keep my room a little longer so I could return to refresh before departing for the rest of my journey. These extra touches went a long way to making a memorable stay, and I was very grateful for the chance to refresh as Venice was very hot during my visit, and cooling off at the hotel was very welcome. Grazie mille!

Truly an amazing experience to stay here, made my time in Venice even more special. Thank you and your staff for the excellent job you are doing.

The staff at the front desk were fantastic. They were friendly, informed, and very helpful in making reservations and giving advice about where to eat and visit. There was always somebody ready to answer questions. Excellent service!

Thank you so much for storing our bags while we were away for 10 days hiking in the Dolomites. That was so appreciated and an example of truly top notch service!! We also loved talking to Islam while getting a drink on the patio. We would love to stay again the next time we are in Venice and will recommend to all our friends and family.

Thank you for the service provided by the staff. Very friendly and helpful

Thanks for a most wonderful hotel stay! We had a terrific experience!

Our first visit and we were so impressed by the helpful staff and beautiful furnishings. Very quiet peaceful and relaxing.

Thank you for such a wonderful stay! Although we stayed at many hotels during our time in Italy including Park Hyatt in Milan, Ca Pisani holds a special place in our hearts which comes to show just much how care and attention the management and staff puts into the stay. I’m honestly amazed that this hotel is considered a 4 star hotel.

Reception was very helpful and they were very attentive and they served with great attitude. Restaurant staff was also great. We always saw happy, smiling and helpful people. Thanks for this and thanks all.

On the day I arrived they organized a sandwich for room service even though the kitchen had closed. It was absolutely what I needed! All of the water taxis they helped organize was so helpful. Due to the inconvenience with the strike on Dec. 12th a late checkout has been offered to us. The front desk manager organized the water taxi transfer as well, which worked perfectly. All was done gracefully and without us having to ask for it. Thanks for that. As a guest one feels looked after perfectly at such circumstances.

Excellent stay. Your staff is so helpful and accommodating. I was allowed to use my room the day of check-out until 14:00. That was above and beyond. Also, I loved having a bath. Few hotels have them in Italy.

We loved your hotel , staff , decor and location. We appreciated the taxi to Murano.

Très bon accueil

Thank you for a magical stay in Venice

I was impressed with the way your management handled a room difficulty for us.
When we checked in, we were given room 1. The room was lovely; however, it was not suitable for my elderly husband, as it had a raised platform for the bed. When I explained this issue to the manager, he immediately moved us to a more suitable, equally good room.

Congratulations for the kind, helpfull and friendly personal on all levels.

Please send our gratitude to Brian for excellent service. He was so friendly and very helpful with advice to get around Venice and get to the airport. Also thank you for the breakfast/ restaurant staff preparing us food to go on our day of departure 🙏🙏🙏🙏

The best two nights ever! Nicest staff from Brian and manager, to bell man, morning breakfast server, bartender (who showed me where to eat also) were the best! I will definitely recommend this to everyone and plan on going back and stay at this beautiful hotel and its A1 staff soon! Thank you.

We loved the location of this beautiful hotel and found the furnishings in the room and common areas inviting and relaxing. I am uncertain of the capacity at the time we stayed, but we found the hotel to be beautifully quiet. The hotel staff was amazing- always patiently helpful with every question and made sure to greet us as we left and entered the hotel. The cleaning service was very aware of our departures and worked around us to assure a clean room without disturbance. The breakfast staff was attentive and prompt. While the hotel was all we hoped for, the staff assured our stay was an amazing experience.

Super hotel
