What are the check-in and check-out times?

You can access your room as of 2:00 pm. You will be asked for a valid ID upon check-in. Check-out is prior to 12:00 pm.

What time is breakfast served?

The buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:00 am to 10:30 am. For guests departing early in the morning, we can prepare a Breakfast Box.

Is there a lift?

The Ca’ Pisani has a lift that guarantees guests quick access to all areas of the hotel. The roof terrace can be reached by taking the access staircase from the third floor.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, Wi-Fi is free for all hotel guests.

Are there smoking rooms?

No, smoking is prohibited in all areas of Ca’ Pisani.

Are there rooms for people with disabilities?

Yes, there are two rooms, both on the first floor.

Does the Hotel overlook the Grand Canal?

The hotel overlooks Rio Terà Foscarini, a typical 19th-century Venetian street. The Grand Canal is about 150 metres from Ca’ Pisani.

Where can I park my car?

In Piazzale Roma. On request, guests of the Ca’ Pisani can park their car in a garage at a discounted price. To reach the hotel from Piazzale Roma, take a taxi or the Vaporetto – find out more under “How to reach us”.

Do you accept pets in the room?

We are happy to welcome pets in all areas of the Hotel. Access to the restaurant "La Rivista" is to be agreed upon. Upon arrival, we will present you with a kit to return upon departure, containing a bone to chew, bowl and pillow. On request and at a fee, we can contact a veterinarian.

What is the tourist tax?

A tourist tax is applied for guests staying from 1 to 5 nights. During high season, the tax is 4.50 euro per person per night. Children from 11 to 16 years old pay 50% of the adult rate whilst children under 10 years old are exempt. The tourist tax is subject to a reduction during the low season (January). Who is the owner of the Hotel Ca’ Pisani?

The hotel has belonged to the Serandrei family since its opening in December 2000. The Serandrei family, a historic dynasty of Venetian hoteliers now in its fifth generation, owns also the Hotel Saturnia & International since 1908 along with the historic restaurant “La Caravella”, the management of which the family oversees directly.
