Ca’ Pisani is established as the first Design Hotel in Venice. With the help of architects, designers and collectors, the building is transformed into a refined Art Deco environment.

The Ca’ Pisani Deco Design Hotel is run by the Serandrei family, being the owners of the Hotel Saturnia & International – Calle Larga XXII Marzo, San Marco. The tradition for hospitality has been handed down since 1908. The fourth generation of the Serandrei family is composed of Gianni and Zoe – who manage the Hotel Saturnia – whilst Marianna and Kim who – together with Beatrice, Gianni daughter and hence the fifth generation – manage the jewel of Dorsoduro.
Marianna will be your point of reference – she directs the Ca’ Pisani, taking care of every aspect and pampering guests with refined and original offerings. Behind the scenes, Kim deals with Revenue and Beatrice handles Food & Beverage.
