This is our third visit to Venice, and our third stay in Ca' Pisani. We haven’t stayed anywhere else. I love the design aspect and, importantly, I love how comfortable this hotel is and the location. For this trip we had completed a 6 day hike from Ljubljana to Trieste. We had 3 days in Trieste and needed a night in Venice is it was our nearest airport to fly home.
I added an extra night because, well Venice! But also because I knew we needed some downtime and I knew we’d get it at Ca' Pisani. The beds are super comfortable, the black out blinds allowed as decent sleep ins (slept through to nearly 11am both days- exactly what we wanted/needed). Of course we enjoyed Venice, but we also enjoyed our rest! We will return- again.

Thank you very much for an excellent stay. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly to the hotel, and invited to relax and enjoy the amenities. I was invited to use late checkout, and they even allowed me to keep my room a little longer so I could return to refresh before departing for the rest of my journey. These extra touches went a long way to making a memorable stay, and I was very grateful for the chance to refresh as Venice was very hot during my visit, and cooling off at the hotel was very welcome. Grazie mille!

Although we stayed at many hotels during our time in Italy including Park Hyatt in Milan, Ca Pisani holds a special place in our hearts which comes to show just much how care and attention the management and staff puts into the stay. We found your hotel to be a lovely and restful place in Venice. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, very accommodating. The rooms and common spaces were immaculately clean and quiet, peaceful and full of natural light. The rooms were so comfortable for our family of 5. The position of the hotel in the city was perfect for what we wanted to see and do.

Our 4 night stay from the start to the finish we were met with courtesy through check in to dining room for breakfast and the bar staff. The cleaning staff left our room immaculate every morning and night. These are all signs of well run hotel so thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Reception were so welcoming and warm on arrival and very efficient. Everytime we passed or approached reception had warmest of greetings. I had a teams and was allowed to stay in my room longer. Nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant staff were so entertaining on Monday when we enjoyed a drink. Your housekeeping staff were so lovely and the gorgeous easter egg for our daughter was a an exceptional touch !!

Wonderful service by all the staff. We were there for a long weekend to celebrate carnavale and a friends 50th birthday. The staff helped coordinate every aspect and was their to answer every question. They kept breakfast open longer for us in certain days. On the day I arrived they organized a sandwich for room service even though the kitchen had closed. It was absolutely what I needed! All of the water taxis they helped organize was so helpful. I LOVED the rooms - the blackout was so INCREDIBLE I got some of my best sleep in months.

Due to the inconvenience with the strike on Dec. 12th a late checkout has been offered to us. The front desk manager organized the water taxi transfer as well, which worked perfectly. All was done gracefully and without us having to ask for it. Thanks for that. As a guest one feels looked after perfectly at such circumstances.

Excellent stay. Your staff is so helpful and accommodating. I was allowed to use my room the day of check-out until 14:00. That was above and beyond. Also, I loved having a bath. Few hotels have them in Italy.

I was impressed with the way your management handled a room difficulty for us.
When we checked in, we were given room 1. The room was lovely; however, it was not suitable for my elderly husband, as it had a raised platform for the bed. When I explained this issue to the manager, he immediately moved us to a more suitable, equally good room.

Congratulations for the kind, helpfull and friendly personal on all levels.

We loved the location of this beautiful hotel and found the furnishings in the room and common areas inviting and relaxing. I am uncertain of the capacity at the time we stayed, but we found the hotel to be beautifully quiet. The hotel staff was amazing- always patiently helpful with every question and made sure to greet us as we left and entered the hotel. The cleaning service was very aware of our departures and worked around us to assure a clean room without disturbance. The breakfast staff was attentive and prompt. While the hotel was all we hoped for, the staff assured our stay was an amazing experience.

From the moment myself and my 2 best friends arrived we felt very welcome. ALL the staff, our room, the roof terrace, the breakfast, the ambience were perfect. We loved people watching outside the hotel over a cup of tea or a drink. Listening to the bells striking on the roof terrace was magical. We felt valued as guests, which is so important. On arrival there were some welcoming biscuits and a hand written note, on departure we were given perfume, sweets and a card wishing us a good journey home. The location was perfect, nothing further than 10/15 mins. A complimentary trip to the Murano Island was included which was such a lovely surprise. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough and would recommend it without hesitation. The decor was another thing, carefully looked after and interesting to look at. We took advantage of sitting in all the different areas to relax in. Thank you Ca’Pisani Hotel for making our trip to Venice magical and perfect

Mr. Stefano is a perfect customer-oriented professional! Also the entire team who worked on September, 21 was super helpful when we had issues with air conditioning in room 15.

The hotel was amazing, we didn’t know the tour of a murano glass factory was included so that was a great surprise. Stefano stood out to us, he was very helpful and accommodating, and the gentleman who helped us check in was also nice. There was a gentleman working 2 nights who also was very nice and booked our water taxi to the airport and to Murano

We loved the property and the attentive staff, especially the restaurant recommendations from the front desk.

You were very friendly and welcoming

All aspects of the hotel, staff and service were excellent, and provided a wonderful base for our visit to Venice. Reception staff, restaurant staff and concierge were all friendly, professional and very pleasant to deal with. We were particularly impressed with the attentiveness of the housekeeping staff, who provided fresh towels, turndown service, restocking of teabags etc whenever we left our room - without being asked. Cleanliness of the room and common areas were always consistent.

We have a confession to make. Since our first stay at Ca Pisani probably 15-20 years ago, we have strayed at stayed at other hotels during our visits to Venice. We would like to repent about our sins! My wife and I have decided that Ca Pisani is now the only hotel we will stay at when we visit Venice! ; ). We are already looking forward to our return (although we aren't looking forward to the Venice airport again)
